Frequently asked questions

Why does my Apple Mail signature look different after pasting?

Leave Always match my default message font unchecked. If images are missing, close Settings and reopen it; Apple Mail loads hosted images after saving.

Does the signature appear on my iPhone?

No. Apple Mail on iPhone has its own signature in the Settings app under Mail, Signature, and it supports simple formatting only.

Can I use different signatures for each account?

Yes. Each account in the left column can have its own signatures and its own default.
