Frequently asked questions
Do signatures sync between Outlook on the web and the desktop app?
New Outlook and Outlook on the web share signatures stored with your account. Classic Outlook for Windows keeps its own signatures on that computer.
Why do images in my Outlook signature look broken?
Some Outlook versions block images until the recipient allows them. Hosted images, like the ones Sigcamp uses, show once images are allowed.
Can I set a different signature for replies?
Yes. Outlook lets you choose one default signature for new messages and another for replies and forwards.
